We are 5 Miles from the Historic Market Town of Kirkby Lonsdale, where you can take in the spectacular Devils Bridge, and Ruskin’s View, or browse the many interesting shops and galleries in the Town Centre, or travel twenty minutes further and your in the Lake District with all its varied natural beauty and lake cruises, alternatively visit the charming Dales Town of Ingleton only 2 Miles away with its award winning outdoor heated swimming pool and many interesting features including the Waterfalls Walk and Caves, or for those more energetic there are the Three Peaks to walk, Ingleborough, Wherneside, and Pen y Ghent, or a step further from Ingleton and your in the delightful Village of Hawes or the cobbled Village of Dent , or the market town of Settle where you can take the Settle to Carlisle Rail Line, or Skipton with its Historic Castle, nearer home we have The Forrest Of Bowland only three miles away and the many interesting geological and historic attractions of the Bentham Area only 1 Mile away along with its Golf Course and good selection of interesting shops and places to eat, or perhaps you would like to spend a little time fishing on our local rivers, or Canoeing the Rapids, water levels permitting.
